Good morning and welcome back to another edition of the Mulligan. It's been a whirlwind of a couple weeks here at LinksDAO. We'll catch you up below.

Community Fundraise

There are a number of things that make LinksDAO (in our opinion) exceptional, but what continues to consistently impress observers, investors, players, staples of the golf industry, and the Web3 space is our enthusiastic, deeply engaged community.

The message from the core team has been consistent since day 1... without each and every one of us, LinksDAO ceases to exist. To solidify that sentiment, a portion of the seed round raised by LinksDAO, Inc., which closed this past Tuesday, was reserved for accredited members.

Clubhouse Launch

As we continue down the path towards our ultimate goal, building the world's greatest golf and leisure club, we've heightened our focus on making it easier than ever before for members to keep up-to-date with LinksDAO.

Thanks to the hard work of curtisjcummings#2972, mrsenorhill#2624, and the rest of the dev pod, this past week we officially launched our token-gated member's clubhouse. Check it out! Version 0.1 includes an announcement feed, a full list of benefits and how to use them, and a member's directory. Over the next couple months you can expect to see new features added on a consistent basis.

Mike, Jim, and a small team from the Events Pod also made an appearance at Crypto Bahamas, hosted by FTX and SALT. While they were there the team orchestrated a morning round with nearly 60 golfers, educating attendees on where LinksDAO fits into the broader crypto and DAO ecosystems. The course they played? Albany Golf Course, home to the Hero World Challenge PGA Tour event.

LinksDAO at NFTNYC

Genesis Tour

The Genesis Tour with Doug is in full swing! Over the next few weeks, Doug will be driving up the East Coast to Boston, making 13 stops at LinksDAO member's home clubs along the way to play golf, shoot content, and highlight our incredible community.

We'll interview Doug after the Genesis Tour concludes. Make sure you're following along on our socials.

In case you missed the Podium in our Discord a couple of weeks ago, each of the below working pods is now open to all members of LinksDAO.

And before you ask yourself "what can I expect in return for my time and effort?", lets take a look back at Proposal 7, the Community Contribution Rewards Proposal that passed on March 27th. We'll give you the TL;DR below. Full version on our Snapshot here.

• For the time window between April 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, $639,000 was allocated to the rewards budget for contributors

• Unlike the application process to most IRL jobs, you don't need to submit a resume or interview with a Pod Leader to get involved. You can start contributing today, just react to the #members-roles channel in our Discord! We're working on tutorials to make it even easier to understand what's going on behind the scenes, so stay tuned to the Community Spotlight section over the coming weeks.

• Payouts will occur upon successful completion of a project’s deliverables, after being evaluated by pod leadership. This is so that we can be sure payout proportions are equitable when compared to the initial proposal.
